Roberson Museum and Science Center’s Home for the Holidays is still happening, but, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it will be by appointment.

The annual holiday display this year runs from November 18 to January 8 with the museum on Front Street, Binghamton open seven days a week with extended hours to accommodate families wanting to safely take in the displays.

Reservations are being taken now for appointments at half-hour intervals to ensure social distancing.  Masks are required for all guests.

The museum website warns registration fees are non-refundable, so people signing up should make sure they are scheduling for the correct day and time.

The decades-old tradition draws thousands of people to the Front Street, Binghamton museum and mansion every year and is a tradition for many families.

Admission is eight dollars adults and six dollars for students, military and seniors. Children under four are admitted for free.

Reservations are generally accepted for slots starting at 11 a.m. and ending at 4 p.m.
