Parlor City Vegan has been bringing the Southern Tier, and the U.S., delicious plant-based food since 2016. Now the pop-up cafe needs your help putting down roots.

Founders Sara and Lei have established a strong following at the weekly Broome County Regional Farmer's Market, but now they want to bring their vegan offerings to the public daily.

A Kickstarter account has been formed to help this dream come to fruition.

According to the Kickstarter page, Parlor City Vegan wants to:

Bring the best comfort food they can to the meat and potato masses - without any of the animal products.

Parlor City Vegan sees the need for vegan options in Binghamton and wants to become the only 100% vegan restaurant cafe in the area.

PCV has already reached their goal of raising enough funds for a range, oven, fryer, ventilation hood with fire suppression, refrigerator, and sink.

They have a new ambitious goal however allowing them to serve local vegan craft brews, cider, and wines with a liquor license.
