Owego Man Charged with Attempted Murder After Dispute
Police in the village of Owego say a man was arrested following a disturbance during which he allegedly tried to drown a person.
35-year-old Thomas Brady of Owego has been charged with second-degree attempted murder.
Village police announced the arrest on Wednesday but they provided no details about the incident.
No information was released about where the reported domestic incident occurred or whether the other person was injured.
Police said Brady was processed and arraigned in Tioga County central arraignment court. He was ordered held on $200,000 bail.
