If you are dealing with a lot of stress, you are not alone. A lot of people feel stress on a daily basis. Between work, relationships, children, finances, and more, it's just a hard thing to avoid.

I find the best way to deal with stress is to not worry about the things you can't change. What's going to happen will happen. If I have to do something and it's causing me stress, I just focus even harder on it and turn it into a challenge.

This was a Strange But True story I featured this morning. Zippia just released the results of a survey and ranked all 50 states in the order of stress levels. New York State came in 5th. on the list.

So there are four other states with more stressed out people than New York. Pennsylvania finished in the middle of the pack at number 26. New Jersey topped the list of having the residents with the most amount of stress.

The rankings were based on six of the biggest things that can cause a stress, including work hours, the density of the population, commute times, home prices versus income, unemployment, and how many people are uninsured in the state.

Click here to see where each state ranked.
