Much Loved Binghamton Pizzeria and Italian Restaurant Listed for Sale
Opened in Binghamton in 1974, Grande Pizzeria and Italian Restaurant has been a staple for locals as well as those passing through for nearly 50 years. However, the owner of Grande has decided that the time has come to put the restaurant up for sale and enjoy retirement.
According to the sale listing information provided by the owners to BizBuySell, the restaurant is in good condition and is a turn-key operation that provides a very good income. Grande has a staff of twenty and leases its 4,000 square foot space at 1250 Front Street in Binghamton, in the Northgate Plaza for $4,000 a month. Restaurant cash flow was not provided in the sale listing.
The owners of Grande are asking $700,000 for their business and included in the sale of the restaurant is absolutely everything. The restaurant name and all of its equipment are all packaged in a neat bundle. The sale listing mentions that the restaurant does well because it is “located in a plaza between two interstate exits. In addition, competition in the general area is very limited.”
Grande’s is known for its unpretentious dining area and offering of classic Italian dishes, New York-style pizza, and its salad bar. Grande remains in operation even though it has been listed for sale.
Reviewers on Google have given Grande's a 4.2 star rating. User Hunter Eberlin wrote, "Great friendly staff and some fantastic pizza and a decent price!
