55 year old Calvin Harris February 14 was charged in Oneonta Town Court with menacing and a violation of harassment.

The former car dealer allegedly told investigator Terry Shultz, who testified against him in the final murder trial for the disappearance of Michele Harris in 2001, that he was “going to get all you guys” and allegedly threatened to drag Shultz’s son out of school.

Harris was arrested in June after he reportedly sat in front of Shultz’s house for over an hour.

Following his arrest, Harris reportedly told investigators he had arranged an online deal to sell a drone and was trying to make contact with the buyer.

Prosecutors say during the June incident, a dashboard camera on Harris’ vehicle recorded Shultz’ property.
