Calvin Harris Involved in Violent Car Accident… Again
Someone call Calvin Harris an Uber, stat: The producer was involved in yet another car accident this week, nearly two years to the day of his 2016 Sherman Oaks collision, which sent him to the hospital.
Harris' girlfriend, Aarika Wolf, was allegedly behind the wheel of a Range Rover in Beverly Hills on Sunday (May 6), when their car slammed into another vehicle with two girls inside. TMZ reports that Wolf failed to slow down as the other car, a Honda, started to turn left into a driveway, resulting in a collision with the side of the vehicle.
The car reportedly spun out, with the airbags deploying on impact.
TMZ also writes that the two girls driving the Honda claimed that "Calvin nor Aarika asked if they were okay." Both cars were towed away, and Harris and Wolf were invited to stay with a neighbor until a car service came to collect them.
In 2016, Harris was involved in a violent head-on collision near Coldwater Canyon in Los Angeles while en route to LAX, resulting in the DJ's hospitalization and the cancellation of a string of planned performances in Las Vegas.
Following the accident, Harris tweeted that he was feeling "lucky and very grateful" to be okay.
