Endicott police are looking for the man who pulled a gun on a clerk at a village business and got away with some cash.

Authorities say the heist happened at the J&R Stop and Shop store at 415 West Main Street around 11:15 p.m. Tuesday.

Investigators say Endicott police officers were assisted at the robbery scene by New York State Police troopers and Broome County sheriff's deputies. A Binghamton police K-9 unit was called in to search for the suspect.

Police say the robber was last seen heading east on West Main Street. He was described as about 6 feet, three inches tall; medium to large build; wearing a black hoodie sweatshirt, dark grey pants and a black mask.

A handgun was displayed during the incident. No injuries were reported.
