Louie G’s New Diet?!

I am always looking for different things to eat so I don't get bored with my diet.  I came across this at Wegmans.  So I think I will give it a try!

By the way, it seems that Wegmans has everything you could possibly want.  I am not sure I have ever seen a recipe that called for Spotted Dick Sponge Pudding, but if you are ever looking for it, go to Wegmans!
