Broome County New York Task Force Makes Local Drug Arrest
According to a release from the Broome County Sheriff's Office, two Town of Dickinson people have been charged with several felony drug charges.
The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force executed a search warrant on January 16, 2024, at 373 Prospect Street, 2nd floor apartment targeting Andrew Fuller. Betty Hobbs was also present at the time of the search.
The release notes that during the Task Force search, several items of evidence were located including knotted wraps and packages containing Methamphetamine, 118 Suboxone sublingual films, approximately 800 Alprazolam pills, about 100 M/30 Oxycodone pills, 21 Clonazepam pills, 4 Buprenorphine pills, 2 MDMA Ecstasy pills, 7 grams of cocaine, and a scale and baggies used to package narcotics for distribution.
Andrew Fuller, 39 of Binghamton, New York was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 2nd degree, two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree, six counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 5th degree, and two counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia in the 2nd degree.
Betty Hobbs, 45 of Binghamton New York was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 4th degree.
Both Fuller and Hobbs were arrested and transported to the Broome County Correctional Facility.
Members of the Broome County Sheriff’s Office Road Patrol assisted the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force, which is comprised of officers from the Broome County Sheriff’s Office, City of Binghamton Police Department, and Village of Johnson City Police Department.
