Holiday Hamper, will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2023, and hopes to help those facing financial struggles, homelessness, and other challenges during the holiday season.

The event will offer community members the opportunity to obtain new and gently used clothes, household items, Christmas stockings for children, and more all completely free of charge.

A Day of Warmth and Holiday Cheer

The Holiday Hamper event is designed to provide a day of warmth and holiday cheer for those in need. In addition to providing free essential items such as clothing and household goods, the event also offers free haircuts, nail painting, and crafts for children. Community members can enjoy a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and get into the holiday spirit.

Helping Those in Serious Need

The event aims to provide support to community members facing financial struggles, including homelessness. Offering new and gently used clothing, winter accessories like hats and gloves, and household items can make a significant difference for those who may not have the means to purchase such items. The presence of Santa Claus and the opportunity for children to take pictures with him is a special highlight of the event, bringing joy and happiness to all who attend.

Community Support

The Holiday Hamper event is made possible thanks to the support of a dedicated group of volunteers, as well as the community. Donations of clothing, household items, and other essentials are collected ahead of time to ensure that there is enough for everyone who attends. Members of the community also contribute time and effort to the event, helping to organize and run it smoothly.
