Carell responded with this tweet...

"It's Always Sunny" is set in Philadelphia and "The Office" is set in nearby Scranton, PA, so it is very possible that employees of Dunder Mifflin might show up for a drink at Paddy's.

In addition, IndieWire says that "It's Always Sunny" paid homage to another classic sitcom in Season 13.  Check out this clip from the show's Seinfeld parody...

"It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" will kick off it's 14th season on FXX on September 25.
