Injured Hawk Rescued On Interstate 88

And for the touching story about a Hawk, a post on the Otsego County Sheriff's Office Facebook page describes how a motorist, Sheriff's Deputy and a New York State Department of Conservation Officer assisted an injured Hawk recently.

The Facebook post states that the motorist was driving on Interstate 88 when she noticed an injured Hawk and stopped to see if she could help the bird. An Otsego County Sheriff's deputy was also traveling in the area and stopped to assist.
