Idina Menzel Announces 2017 World Tour: See the Dates
Are you ready, world? Idina Menzel is coming to see you.
Today (Jan. 17), the Tony Award-winning Wicked talent announced a sweeping, 50+ city global tour kicking off this spring.
The world tour — which promises to bring "songs from idina., as well as other classic pop, musical theater favorites and her own personal catalogue" to audiences around the globe — will begin in Osaka, Japan on March 29, head through North America in April including New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago and Las Vegas, and eventually run through Europe. (Dates for the European leg will be announced soon.)
Pre-sale tickets for the tour will be available for American Express members tomorrow (Jan. 18) at 10 AM local time through Thursday (Jan. 26), with general public tickets going on-sale next Friday (Jan. 27) at 10 AM local time. Head to Idina Menzel's official website for all ticket info.
Idina Menzel's latest studio album, idina., was released last September, and reached Top 30 on the Billboard 200.
