A Binghamton man is facing four felony and two misdemeanor charges following a raid at his Oak Street home July 10.

The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force says a .44 caliber revolver, 5.2 grams of crack cocaine and drug packaging materials were found in 27 year old Marquis Morgan’s home.

Morgan is charged with two counts of felony criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction and defaced firearm, felony criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, and felony criminal possession of over an eighth ounce of a controlled substance.  Morgan is also charged with two misdemeanor counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia.

He was sent to the Broome County Jail.
