Family of Deceased Johnson City Boy Needs Help with Funeral Expenses
The family of Jerome Smith, the 11-year-old boy killed on February 2 in Johnson City, is asking for help.
The family is asking for help covering funeral expenses for the young boy.
There is a GoFundMe account currently set-up to offset the costs of the services.
The GoFundMe appears to be created by the boy's aunt and she says:
My nephew Jerome Smith Jr, passed away on February 2, 2019. Jerome was a fun loving kid who loved to dance and have dance battles with anyone who would challenge him, he also loved WWE wrestling.
The Johnson City Police Department announced that Jerome’s mother, 30-year-old Shakia Crute, has been charged with manslaughter.
