A New Hope Center will be hosting its annual Candlelight Vigil at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 117 Main St, Owego, beginning at 5:30pm. The Vigil is held to remember victims and honor survivors of domestic violence. This program will feature local dignitaries as well as a survivor who will share her experience. Music to be provided by local talent.
