Chandler Found In Binghamton By Police

An Oneonta woman reported missing on July 20, has been located safe. According to New York State Police, Amanda Lee Chandler, age 27 of Oneonta had been reported as missing as she had not had any contact with family for over two weeks at that time.

She was located in Binghamton on August 1 and found to be safe and in good health.  No reasons were given for her disappearance.
