Candor Woman Missing Since July 5
Tioga County Sheriff’s officials have posted on their facebook page an appeal for the public to help in locating an at-needs adult who hasn’t been seen since July 5th.
66-year-old Sandra Ledford is described as a vulnerable adult who left her home in Candor sometime after 6 p.m. and hasn’t been seen since.
She was last seen driving a gray 2008 Jeep Commander with the New York license plate GWU3950. She is white, with dark, straight shoulder-length hair and wears glasses.
The facebook information did not indicate what special needs the woman has and if she required medication.
The woman has no family in the area and left her home without a cell phone.
Anyone who sees Ledford is asked to call 911.
