Blac Chyna has become the target of another act of revenge porn, and she and her team of prosecutors are fighting back.

On Monday (February 19), a video that reportedly shows the famous socialite performing oral sex on an unidentified man started making its rounds after it was leaked on Twitter.

The video in question has since been removed from the platform, although Chyna and her team have already moved forward with contacting the police to investigate the leak and its source.

In acknowledgment of the latest scandal, the 29-year-old model has sought counsel from her lawyers, including civil rights attorney Lisa Bloom, who gave this statement to Us Weekly: “Revenge porn — posting explicit images without the consent of everyone in those images — is a crime, a civil wrong and a form of domestic abuse. It’s also a cruel attempt to slut shame women for being sexual.”

Another of Chyna’s reps, social influence lawyer Walter Mosley, sounded off grievances of his own in a message on Instagram just moments after the story made headlines.

“We have to change this culture of abuse and assault against women. Today’s post saddens me deeply as it is an attack not only against my client but my friend,” Mosley writes. “Why do we think it’s acceptable to sell, or publish, or seek revenge, or blackmail women in this way and without their consent? It’s not.”

Mosley added: “Men … we have to do better … So today I’m saying, men we need to do better. We need to tell each other to do better. We need to stop sharing these videos with each other in the club, at the barbershop or (and especially) online. It is a morally corrupt action, which is (at least in California) criminal. Maybe it is time to set an example.”

Sadly, this isn’t the first time the Rob & Chyna star has been a victim of such hate.

In July 2017, Chyna's ex-fiancé, Rob Kardashian — with whom the beauty entrepreneur shares a 15-month-old daughter, Dream — lashed out at his partner her reportedly learned of her unfaithfulness. In turn, the 30-year-old businessman released several nude images on Instagram and Twitter during a rant against the mother of his child.

Chyna would later respond with legal action and win a restraining order against Kardashian. It was also at this time that the former dancer would procure Bloom as her solicitor, who addressed the Keeping Up with the Kardashian star's culpable actions in an open statement posted to Twitter.

"Mr. Kardashian, you are now on notice. Revenge porn is illegal. Cyber-bullying your ex is harassment," Bloom declared. "Chyna ended your relationship months ago and she has the right to live as she chooses, work as she chooses, dress as she chooses, date who she chooses, and be intimate with who she chooses. Chyna and I both believe this is an important women's rights issue, as too many women and girls have been slut-shamed by exes."

As aforementioned, the aspects of the sex tape, including its leak and origin, are currently being investigated.
