Jake and Hanna put some serious hard work for over a year into converting their 2008 Pilgrim International school bus once owned (and well cared for by the Windsor School District), but say that after living in it full time for about a year and a half, including through some brutal winter storms, the time has come to sell their much loved tiny home.

Jake and Hannah's converted school bus comes with a price tag of $30,000 and the couple say that there's nothing wrong with the bus - it runs although it has been sitting for a while and may benefit from a new starter.

The interior of this tiny home is all tongue and groove pine and all of the trim was lovingly handmade. The bus was also outfitted with outlet covers and switch covers that were all hand-painted by a local artist.

Inside this gem, you'll find a tile shower, bathroom, queen-sized bedroom, a propane stove, a propane tankless water heater, and a 40,000 BTU Harman pellet stove. Everything inside the bus runs off standard 120 volts and can be plugged into any household outlet.

This unique home also has its own water tank for campsites that might not have running water. Additionally, it comes with a cassette toilet so the new owner won't have to deal with a black water tank. Oh, and Jake and Hanna are also throwing in exterior paint to spruce up the outside of the bus in the asking price.
