The 2020 Southern Tier Heart Walk was originally scheduled for Sunday but postponed due to the COVID-19 crisis.  A new date has been announced.  Circle Sunday, April 26 on your calendar.  It is the date for the 2020 Virtual Southern Tier Heart Walk !

According to a statement from the American Heart Association "your safety and the safety of our community are important to us as an organization and as people. That's why we are transitioning our April 5th Heart Walk to a virtual event - Sunday, April 26th!"

The American Heart Association is asking you to walk where you are.  Due to health concerns pertaining to transmitting  COVID-19, social distancing and a ban on large gatherings the American Heart Association will hold a Virtual Walk.  Walk around your home neighborhood, at an area open for walking or wherever you are comfortable and conform to any restrictions and help fight heart disease and stroke. There will not be one large central location.
