After Decades in Vestal, Popular Restaurant Moving to Binghamton

The owners of P.S. Restaurant in Vestal say they plan to relocate the business to downtown Binghamton.

The restaurant has operated at a site on Rano Boulevard since 1983. Rick and Sylvana Dodd, who have owned it for the last three decades, say they plan to move the operation to 99 Court Street.

The new location had been the home of The Loft at 99 restaurant for several years.

P.S. Restaurant is expected to continue operating at its Vestal site until March 6. The business intends to open at the Court Street location during the week of April 11.

The owners say the Binghamton site will provide 45 percent more seating and a much larger kitchen.
