WWE Has Rules for Items Allowed at the Arena
If you are going to the big live wresting event at the Floyd L. Maines Veterans Memorial Arena January 21, the County says you should leave your weapons at home.
Broome County has put out a long list of items that people cannot bring to the 5 p.m. WWE event. Besides weapons, backpacks, recording devices, laser pointers, coolers, Selfie Sticks, computers and camera bags are banned along with any mask that is not a WWE brand.
The restrictions are required by the WWE and help get people more quickly through security.
Any items brought to the Arena can be carried in clear plastic bags.
The doors open at 3:30pm.
Parking for the event will be available under Government Plaza. The entrance is on Isbell Street and the fee is $4 per car.

- Bags and Briefcases
- Backpacks
- Women’s purses but small clutch bags are allow
- Video Cameras and Recording Devices
- Laser Pointer or Noise Makers
- Weapons of any kind
- Alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs or paraphernalia
- Selfie Sticks
- Lap top computers or tablets
- Coolers
- Luggage of any kind
- Camera Bags
- Masks (Only WWE band masks will be permitted.)
