The 16 year old Glen Aubrey boy accused of making a threatening remark on a Whitney Point school bus right after the massacre at a Florida high school last week must wear an electronic monitoring device and undergo a mental health evaluation.

The boy was charged with felony making a terroristic threat and appeared in Broome County Court this week.  School officials say no threat was made in school and the teen was not in possession of any weapons.

The boy must wear the electronic monitoring device and cannot leave house except for going to school and appearances in court.

An order of protection was also issued.
