Have you gotten weird texts from an odd number recently? No, I don't mean robocalls or someone offering to buy cash for houses from some unknown number.

If you have been contacted by your number neighbor you would have gotten a random text from a very similar cell phone number to yours. The only difference is that the last digit would be one number before or after yours.
