Waverly Woman Pulled Over For Speeding, Charged With Drug Possession
A Waverly woman is facing drug charges after Village Police stopped a speeding vehicle on Fulton Street at 11:40 p.m. October 25.

Police say 23 year old Kirsten Baker was found to have a tablet of Clonazepan and a small plastic bag containing methamphetamine in her possession.
Baker is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and was ticketed for speeding.
She’s been ordered to appear in Village of Waverly Justice Court next month.
