Authorities say a Vestal man faces felony charges for allegedly making methamphetamine in his home.

Town police with assistance from the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team executed a search warrant at a mobile home park on Stewart Road.

Thursday's raid at Stewart Trailer Park led to the discovery of a meth lab.

Investigators say 49-year-old Raymond Dickerson was charged with unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine and reckless endangerment. He also faces counts of tampering with physical evidence and unlawful disposal of meth lab material.

Dickerson was arraigned at the Broome County Sheriff's Office and ordered held in the jail.

Police also were assisted by the Vestal Fire Department, the Vestal Volunteer Emergency Squad and the Broome County Hazardous Materials Response Team.
