Two Southern Tier school districts are ending their season with championships at the Carrier Dome in Syracuse.

On Friday, the Susquehanna Valley Sabres football team won their second-straight state title by blanking Gouverneur by a score of 22-0.

With the win, the Sabres capped off a perfect 13-0 undefeated season in Class C.

Over in Class B, Chenango Forks won their first state title since 2015 on Sunday.

Shaking off the demons of falling short the past couple of years, Chenango Forks defeated Schuylerville by a score of 38-14, and winning its sixth state title.

Congratulations!
