Two Seriously Hurt in Car/Motorcycle Collision in Cortland County
Cortland County Sheriff’s officials say a motorcyclist and passenger are being treated for serious injuries after a car attempting to turn out of the Red Apple Gas Station on State Route 13 near McLean Road hit the motorcycle.
Sheriff’s Deputies say 43 year old Victoria Klueber was exiting the parking lot of the gas station when she apparently pulled into the path of the motorcycle carrying 48 year old Willie Brigman and 44 year old Elizabeth Brigman. The Brigmans were ejected and severely hurt while Kleuber suffered a minor wrist injury.
The Brigmans were transported to Upstate University Medical Center. Their condition has not been made available.
A portion of Route 13 was closed for several hours for the investigation, which is continuing.
