Tornado Watches and Warnings Issued for Southern Tier
A potentially powerful storms sweep through upstate New York on Thursday, the National Weather Service in Binghamton is issuing tornado watches and warnings.

1:42 p.m.
1:21 p.m. NWS Binghamton has issued a Tornado Watch for Broome, Chenango, Tioga, Delaware, Otsego, Cortland, and Tompkins Counties in New York and Susquehanna and Wayne Counties in Pennsylvania. The watch is in effect until 7 p.m.
