Police have arrested three people following a traffic stop on Route 17 in Sullivan County.

Authorities say a car was pulled over Wednesday in the town of Bloomingburg for a traffic violation.

According to New York State Police, a search of one of the vehicle's occupants turned up a loaded Ruger .380 semi-automatic handgun and a pocket knife.

Troopers also confiscated heroin, cocaine and crystal methamphetamine.

Investigators say 40-year-old Krystal Myers and 37-year-old Joseph Hunsinger, both of Watkins Glen, were arrested. 32-year-old Antonio Lopez of the Bronx also was charged.

All three face felony weapon and drug possession counts. They were arraigned and sent to Sullivan County jail without bail.
