A percentage of fans with tickets to Taylor Swift's Reputation World Tour stop in Manchester, England were devastated this week upon learning that their front row tickets, which they paid for, have been taken away due to "production changes."

On Wednesday (June 6), Ticketmaster messaged some ticket holders to notify them of seating changes for the pop star's Friday and Saturday shows.

According to BBC, one attendee, Natalie Bavis, who paid £500 (roughly $669) for two premium seats, said she was "very annoyed" by the sudden change to her seating.

"It's not fair, the way they're treating people," Bavis said, adding that after complaining to Ticketmaster she was given tickets valued at £132 ($176) for the standing "snake pit" area next to the stage, but "will not be refunded the [money] I paid in excess."

"I will try to enjoy [the show] but will feel bitter," she added.

Neither Ticketmaster nor Swift's team have yet to address the last minute changes.
