Okay here it is....the picture speaks for itself! Last week I left work and it was 9 degrees and I saw this motorized scooter and I just need to know who the hell drove that to work!?!?! Are you kidding me?!?! It wasn't there when I got to work early in the morning so someone actually drove it in the polar vortex! That's crazy!
