"In your opinion (or experience), what is the best wedding venue in the Southern Tier of New York or Northern Tier of Pennsylvania?

It used to be impossible to go to a wedding reception and there not be a bouquet and garter toss but (thank God!), it looks like that tradition is dying.

With wedding season just around the corner, I have been reading a lot about different traditions and etiquette surrounding weddings.
