First Ward Action Council

A three-story mixed use structure may be built on a Binghamton property once owned by Brooklyn developer Isaac Anzaroot.

Applications are being accepted from people interested in living in a soon-to-open residential project in Vestal.

Local politicians gathered in Binghamton's First Ward on Thursday to announce an open house for the North of Main Revitalization affordable housing project.

Additional housing for dozens of seniors and for families is planned for a town of Vestal site.
