Binghamton University regular classes for the Spring semester are due to start February 11. School of Nursing students will be resuming their studies on the 8th.

There were only a very few cases of COVID-19 reported at SUNY Broome during the fall semester while B.U. put in-person classes on a temporary pause early in the semester due to an increase in cases in the surrounding communities in Broome County.

Now the State University of New York says returning students will have to be tested for COVID and quarantine for 7 days. The system also plans to test all students weekly for COVID.
