In 1922, Logan was named one of the Western Association of Motion Picture Advertisers Baby Stars of the year. Over the course of twelve years, the WAMPAS Baby Stars selected 13 young actresses each year from who were said to be on the verge of movie stardom. Names on the WAMPAS Baby Stars list included Joan Crawford, Ginger Rogers, and Jean Arthur.

Logan began her career in theater, even securing roles on Broadway, before being featured in major Hollywood silent films which included The Perfect Crime, A Blind Bargain, and Java Head, among others. Logan also wrote movies including Knock-Out and Strictly Business which both were successful Hollywood movies.

According to the Realtor.com listing for 230 Hillcrest Road in Elmira, Logan once owned the property as did the famed self-made businessman, Franklin B Pollock. Pollock was a brilliant businessman and also a founding member of the Ground Floor Committee which helped his friend Ronald Reagan win his campaign for President of the United States.
