If you've been wondering about Ross Park Zoo, here is the latest. Under the New York State Executive Order, zoos can open as part of Phase 4. Ross Park Zoo anticipates being able to reopen at the end of June.

They've been working on safety protocols based on the currently available industry guidance from New York State along with public health recommendations from the CDC and USDA.

They will be protecting the staff and visitors and will also ensure the safety of the animals as well. You can read the entire plan and the Executive Director's update here.

Ross Park Zoo wants to thank the community for their support during this mandatory shutdown and they know that without your help, it wouldn't be possible. There are several ways to support them until they can open for the public, you can purchase a membership, adopt an animal, or buy a gift certificate here.

America's 5th oldest zoo is located at 185 Park Avenue in Binghamton and they hope to see you at the zoo soon.
