Recipe Of The Week- Pumpkin Pie “Ice Cream”

This is so easy and good for you! I think I would add a vanilla bean ...that would be really good. Or you could add a spoonful of dry cheesecake flavored pudding mix for pumpkin cheesecake "ice cream".

4 bananas

1 cup pf pumpkin puree (pumpkin pie filling)

1/3 cup of maple syrup

1 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin spice

Blend together and then freeze. Simple, easy and good for you!
