A program this week is designed to help caregivers deal with at least one of the issues they face: getting needed rest.

Family Caregivers are invited to a presentation called: “If Only I Could Get a Good Night’s Sleep” Thursday, May 16 from 2 to 3:30 p.m.. at the Lourdes Youth Services Center for Oral Health (Community Room) at 219 Front Street, Binghamton.

Registered Polysomnographic Technician with the Lourdes Sleep Lab, Tracy Jewett will discuss tips for a better night’s sleep, types of sleep disorders and how to manage symptoms.
