Popular Downtown Binghamton Restaurant Debuts New Menu and Kitchen

The Colonial is the place for great burgers, unlimited mimosas, and an eclectic beer selection.

The popular Downtown Binghamton watering hole is always evolving and its recent improvements include a brand new menu and renovated kitchen.

The Colonial welcomed in the delicious Smokey Legend's BBQ truck the past few weeks to keep diners full and ready to have some fun.

After a few weeks of renovations to their kitchen, The Colonial will launch its brand new menu and kitchen space on Monday January 14.

The new menu features some staple Colonial eats like my favorite The Brunch Burger and Blackened Chicken Sandwich.

The new menu not only covers dinner but adds some intriguing options to their infamous brunch. (No, unlimited mimosas aren't going anywhere.)
