There are many programs available at The Children's Home, including home-based services that work with children in whatever situation they are in to improve parent-child interaction, strengthen families, help build up healthy children.

The Children's Home is immediately searching for qualified candidates for the following positions:

  • Human Service Team Leaders-- This position is responsible for providing safe, thriving, and nurturing environments for residents in the living units.At least three years of verifiable work experience with adolescents, preferably in a residential home/shelter setting is required and a Bachelor's degree in Human Services is preferred.
  • Part-time and Full-Time Community Based Providers -- A new and growing postion that offers many different service to children in their home and other community-based sites. An Associate’s Degree is required; Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees are preferred.
  • Child Care Workers/Night Child Care Workers -- If you want to be a role model to a child or teen, you'll be right at home. You will be help create an atmosphere beneficial for the physical and emotional health of our area's young people.
  • Family Peer Advocates -- Family Peer Advocates work with parents and young adults who have children with mental illness or behavioral issues. This position works to provides needs assessments and works with families to find the optimal treatment method.
