There are many traffic light intersections in the Greater Binghamton area that could use a tech upgrade, I am speaking of the ones that have people sitting there in the middle of the night, or early Sunday morning.

This is not a rant, but rather a plea for rationality with today’s traffic system.

Conspiracy theorist will say its just a way to get us to spend more money at the pump, but I believe its just old technology at work.
