Meet the Candidates in Broome County

The Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce is hosting a meet the candidates night.   

The event takes place from 5:30 to 7 p.m. September 30 at the Holiday Inn in Downtown Binghamton and is being streamed on the Chamber’s Facebook page. 

Due to COVID pandemic restrictions, only 50 people are attending the event in-person.

Democrat incumbent Congressman Anthony Brindisi will be seen in a pre-recorded interview. 

Other speakers are 22^nd district congressional candidate, Republican Claudia Tenney, candidates for the 122^nd New York State Assembly: Joe Angelino and Rich Shaw, New York Assemblywoman Donna Lupardo, New York State Senate incumbent, Republican Fred Akshar and challenger Thomas Quiter and candidates for Broome County Executive: incumbent Democrat Jason Garnar and challenger Republican Karl Bernhardsen.
