Man Convicted of Murder of Toddler in McGraw
A Cortland County man faces up to 25 years to life in prison for causing the death of his then-girlfriend’s toddler.
30-year-old Dorain Bohn has been found guilty of murder and other counts in the April 19th death of two-year-old Kassidy Daines in McGraw.
The child suffered fatal head injuries while Bohn was babysitting her.
Investigators say they found damage to a wall at the home and maintained the hole was at the child’s height. Prosecutors argued the two-year-old suffered a fatal head injury after falling several feet.
Bohn had been watching the child while her mother was a work.
Sentencing is set for March 28th.
