UPDATE: Police Locate Missing Man From Fenton
8:20 P.M. UPDATE:
New York State Police announced via Twitter Monday night that Dylan Shoemaker has been located. They added that he was found in good health.
New York State Police are looking for a missing 20-year-old autistic man whose family believes could be a danger to himself.
Troopers and other officers say Dylan Shoemaker was last seen leaving his home on Pigeon Hill Road in the Town of Fenton at around 8:35 p.m. Sunday, March 28.
Shoemaker is white, standing around six-feet, three-inches tall and weighs around 230 pounds. He has a heavy, black beard and mustache and thick black eyebrows. He was last seen wearing black camouflage pants, a red t-shirt and black flannel shirt.
Broome County Sheriff's Deputies, Park Police, Forest Rangers, Broome and Tioga Search and Rescue Teams, K9 units, a drone, Port Crane Fire Department agencies and volunteers were searching the area, including around Chenango Valley State Park.
