My kids LOVE smoothies. They really like them for breakfast. They will also have them as a snack. I like them because they are packed with fruit and calcium. Sometimes we will go pick our fruit and they really like using the berries they've picked themselves. Here is a recipe that's really good and I eat too! Enjoy!

1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries

1/4 cup Pineapple

1 cup Yogurt

1/4 cup Milk

1/4 cup Crushed Ice
