Multiple Charges

27-year-old Dean Degaramo from Lockwood, New York, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Intoxicated-More than .08 BAC, License Plate violation, No/Inadequate Plate Lamps, and Consumption of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle.
Douglas Osborn of Canaseraga, New York, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree, Moving from Lane Unsafely, Uninspected Motor Vehicle, and Unlicensed Operator for possessing Meth.
This week's report listed Jamie Kendrick, 45 years of age from Endicott, arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Intoxicated-More than .08 BAC, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, Moving from Lane Unsafely, and Disobey Traffic Control Device for possessing Cocaine.

Tresspass

50-year-old Raymond Saunders, no address listed, was arrested for trespassing after being found on a property where he was previously banned.

Criminal Mischief

Cara Rivera of Vestal was arrested for Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th Degree, and Harassment in the 2nd Degree for threatening a victim and damaging that person's vehicle with a hammer.
Joshua Tammetta of Vestal was arrested for Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree for kicking and damaging a victim’s bedroom door and scratching the paint on the victim’s car.
30-year-old Jamey Ryder of Vestal was arrested for Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree.

Criminal Contempt

The Vestal Police Report listed 25-year-old Angel Gonzalez from Binghamton as arrested for Criminal Contempt in the 1st Degree, 3 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, Harassment in the 2nd Degree, and Aggravated Family Offense.

Grand Larceny

Arrested for Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree for stealing merchandise from Home Goods valued over $1000 - 36-year-old Nicholas Clancy of North Syracuse.

Petit Larceny

Suzanne Kelsey, 20, Owego, arrested for Petit Larceny for shoplifting from Wal-Mart.
Shannon Martin, 40, Johnson City, arrested for Petit Larceny and Criminal Mischief 4th Degree for using forks to remove the security tag from the merchandise she stole from Kohl’s.
Amanda Kirkwood of Montrose, Pennsylvania, was arrested for Petit Larceny for shoplifting from Kohl’s.
Wesley Wooden-Harris, age 32, from Binghamton, was arrested for Petit Larceny for shoplifting from Vestal Wine and Liquor.

Motor Vehicle Charges

Darlene Donald of Endicott was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, No Headlights, and Failing to Signal a Turn.
42-year-old Sharon Sorkin from Binghamton, arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Moving from Lane Unsafely, Failure to Obey Traffic Control Device, Driving on the Shoulder, and Obstructing Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree.
