New Summer Schedule: Avelo Airlines Flights From Binghamton To Orlando

In January (2024) Avelo Airlines announced a seasonal break for flights from the Greater Binghamton Airport (BGM) to Orlando, Florida (ORL.)

We reported that flights beginning in April would include the 3rd and 6th, and after that, the only other flights available for the near future from Binghamton to Orlando would include Saturday flights on April 20th and 27th.

Avelo Airlines noted that they would be working with the Greater Binghamton Airport on timing and schedule to return the route for mid-summer. The airline has now officially announced the return of flights to Orlando, Florida.

According to Courtney Goff, Communications Manager of Avelo Airlines, flights can now be booked from Binghamton to Orlando, Florida beginning June 6th, 2024 for travel through Labor Day, September 2nd, 2024, after taking a break in the month of May.

There will be summer schedule day changes for arrivals and departures from the winter/spring schedule for the Binghamton to Orlando, Florida flights. Instead of flights occurring on Wednesdays and Saturdays, flights beginning June 6th through September 2nd will instead occur on Thursdays and Sundays.

Also, checking random dates, the flight times are different as well. Currently, flights out of Binghamton are at 10:20 a.m. and return flights out of Orlando, Florida take off at 7 a.m.

Under the new summer schedule for example, a Sunday, June 6th flight to Orlando will depart at 7:50 p.m. out of Binghamton. A Thursday, June 13th flight will depart Binghamton at 11:40 a.m.

A return flight from Orlando to Binghamton on Thursday, June 13th will depart at 8:15 a.m., and on Sunday, June 16th, the flight out of Orlando to Binghamton will depart at 4:25 p.m.

In addition to the Binghamton to Orlando flights, Avelo Airlines is also booking flights nationwide through September 2nd. Nationwide, the carrier flies to 23 states and Puerto Rico.
